Workforce Program Coordinator needs 5+ years of experience in a business environment, staffing industry experience a plus.
Workforce Program Coordinator requires:
Bachelors degree, preferably in business
Background in database technologies and the broader data base market a plus
Candidate must be proficient with, in order of necessity: Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft Word.
Experience with SAP Fieldglass, Financial Force PSA, Oracle ERP and Workday preferred but not required.
Ability to focus on tasks or information in detail and to ensure accuracy and consistency.
Strong verbal and written communication skills and ability to effectively collaborate with others.
Ability to understand and respond to the needs of the client.
Workforce Program Coordinator duties:
Executes daily recruitment transactional tasks to ensure a positive and efficient experience for hiring managers and their prospective contractor candidates.
Audits contractor candidate files to ensure required records are completed and logged into the appropriate automated work flow system.
Runs standard reports from those systems to support key business processes including workforce management and financial planning.
Coordinates / Monitors open job requisitions and approvals.
Manages confidential pre-employment activities to include application and interview completion, expense report processing, managing the on-boarding checklist of items including: drug testing, background checks, security clearance validation, reference checks, and ensures the information meets established requirements.
Schedules candidates for telephone or face-to face interviews.
Administer assessment and complete electronic pre-screening of candidates to support recruiting efforts.
Manage written and verbal communication with candidates and hiring managers throughout the recruiting process and serve as a resource for all recruitment process and client organization questions.
Generates Orders to Suppliers in ERP System. Reconciles supplier invoices and approves payments to Suppliers.
Helps solve problems and issues related the overall Contingent Workforce Management program.
